- The product is returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product was not marked as a final sale item at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Refund

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the product(s) are in their original condition and meet the criteria, we will process the refund within 14 days.
We will refund the original purchase price of the item(s), excluding any shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@woowoolondon.co.uk to request an exchange.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange within 14 days. If the product you wish to exchange for is of a higher value than the original item, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the product is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
